The procurement covers training and examinations for operating stand-on and seated forklifts, to support the social and labour-market reintegration of people in detention. It envisages 13 in-person training groups, each lasting 159 hours with an average of 15 participants; no more than six groups may be trained at the same time. A framework agreement with one supplier has a ceiling of HUF 84,290,683 and runs until 31 December 2027 or until the ceiling is exhausted; it may be extended up to twice under the stated conditions.
