Design for the development of Búvár Lake and its surroundings

Summary

The Municipality of Szeged is procuring, in a single lot, design services for the integrated development of Búvár Lake and its surroundings. The work covers surveys of four defined areas and the preparation of permit and construction designs, including plans to rehabilitate the lake, green spaces and public areas and to create new recreational uses. The services also include required approvals and permits, visualisations, cost estimates and priced bills of quantities, as well as design supervision during construction for up to 20 engineer-days.
