Seed procurement through a dynamic purchasing system

Summary

The procurement establishes a dynamic purchasing system for spring- and autumn-sown seeds needed to grow field crops at Pálhalma. Products may include, among others, cereals, maize, sunflower, sorghum, millet, flax, alfalfa and other seeds; the specific products, quantities and contract terms will be set out in each later invitation to tender. The system is planned to run for 36 months, with an estimated total value of HUF 750,000,000 excluding VAT: HUF 500,000,000 for spring seeds and HUF 250,000,000 for autumn seeds. This estimate does not oblige the buyer to place orders. The planned delivery deadline for autumn-sown seeds is 31 August of the relevant year, and for spring-sown seeds it is 31 March. Applications to participate must be submitted electronically; the deadline for the initial stage is 29 October 2026 at 12:00 local Central European time. No tender is submitted at the participation stage. Eligible businesses may also apply to join while the system is in force. Price will be the sole award criterion in subsequent tendering rounds. Applicants must, among other things, demonstrate seed-supply experience worth at least HUF 2,000,000 net and confirm that no exclusion grounds apply.
