Design for the conversion of the former school building B on Baross Street

Summary

The Municipality of Budapest is procuring integrated design services for the conversion and comprehensive architectural and energy renovation of the disused B building of a former school at Baross Street 39–43 in Budapest’s 4th District. The design covers 2,157 m² and will support its reuse as housing. The work includes a concept design and decision-making materials, complete construction documentation suitable for tendering, cost estimates, and preparation and handling of the townscape notification procedure, including obtaining the decision and making any necessary design revisions. The procurement is a single lot.
