Procurement of a laparoscopic tower and accessories

Summary

Szent Damján Greek Catholic Hospital in Kisvárda is procuring one new laparoscopic tower with accessories and consumables. The supply includes, among other items, a medical monitor, camera control unit and camera head, LED light source, high-frequency cutting unit, irrigation pump, insufflator, tower frame, 0- and 30-degree optics, and reusable and disposable accessories. The contracting authority may additionally order up to five 30-degree optics and three 0-degree optics. The supplier must deliver and install the equipment and provide one day (four hours) of user training for four people. Consumables must be compatible with the proposed equipment, which must comply with medical-device requirements. The bidder must have completed the supply of at least one laparoscopic tower within the 36 months before publication of the contract notice; the contract may have started up to six years before publication. The bid must include a product description, marketing authorisation, EC declaration of conformity, and the completed and signed technical specification table and bid data sheet. Price carries a 91% weighting. Three equipment features each carry 3%: a touchscreen on the irrigation pump, a pump safety feature requiring confirmation before pressure is raised above 100 mmHg, and integrated CO2 heating on the insufflator. Bids must be submitted electronically in EUR by 13:00 on 28 October 2026. The contract includes a 12-month warranty.
