Procurement of campus furniture and sports-court protective coverings 2026

Summary

The procurement has two lots for schools in Székesfehérvár: the supply of furniture and accessories, and temporary PVC protective coverings for two outdoor sports courts. Lot 1 comprises 1,736 pieces of furniture and accessories, including 570 notebook racks, 389 chairs, 365 felt floor protectors, 343 tables, 35 cabinets or wall shelves, and 34 curtains. A further seven kitchen items are required: two kitchen furniture units, two sinks, two taps, and a dining table with chairs for eight people. The furniture must be new and must carry a warranty of at least three years. Lot 2 covers rollable protective flooring measuring 23 × 45 m for Kodolányi János Secondary School and 21 × 41 m for Vasvári Pál Secondary School. The coverings must be suitable for outdoor use at least five times per year, be at least 3 mm thick, have a density of at least 1.55 g/cm³, and withstand temperatures from -25°C to +80°C. The required hardness is at least 80 (±5) Shore A, and the covering must have double internal reinforcement. Black is not permitted; grey is preferred. Bidders may submit offers for up to two lots. For either lot, the offer must identify the manufacturer, exact model and country of origin of the products and provide evidence of their technical characteristics. Net price accounts for 90% of the evaluation weighting and the offered warranty period for 10%. For furniture, the warranty is evaluated between 36 and 60 months; for the protective flooring, between 12 and 60 months. A bidder for the furniture lot must have supplied at least 150 tables and 200 chairs within the relevant six-year experience period. The offer must include an itemised, priced cost schedule and the required declarations. No tender guarantee is required. The delivery period is 45 days from contract signature.
