Street lighting modernisation and smart control system in Pancharevo District

Summary

The Pancharevo District of Sofia Municipality is procuring the design and implementation of energy-saving measures, modernisation and repair of street lighting in the villages of German, Kazichene, Krivina, Kokalyane and Zheleznitsa. The works also include an integrated smart system to automate, control, manage and monitor lighting energy use, followed by system management, maintenance and energy monitoring under a guaranteed-results contract. An option covers additional maintenance and repair of lighting networks and equipment outside the initial investment. The contract is planned for 132 months; its estimated value is EUR 625,814.62 excluding VAT, including EUR 452,923.11 for the main scope and up to EUR 172,891.51 for options.
