Remediation services

Summary

The Falun-Borlänge procurement centre is procuring remediation services through a framework agreement divided into four geographical lots: Falun/Gagnef, Avesta, Hedemora and Säter. The work covers the remediation of odours, moisture and water damage, fire and smoke damage, mould, dry rot, PCB and asbestos, as well as remediation of furnishings and other damage. Emergency opening-up and demolition work may also be required. The estimated total value is SEK 50 million; the initial term runs from 5 March 2027 to 4 March 2030, with up to two extensions.
