Energy efficiency upgrades and renovation of Building 7 at 55 Dondukov Street, Kyustendil

Summary

The Municipality of Kyustendil is procuring, in one lot, the technical design, construction works and author supervision for energy-efficiency upgrades and renovation of the occupied seven-storey apartment building at 55 Dondukov Street, Building 7. The building has a gross floor area of 1,767.84 m². The works include insulation of the external walls, roof and floor, replacement of windows, LED lighting and associated roof, drainage, fire-safety and other renovation works. The design must provide at least energy class B and a minimum 30% reduction in primary energy use; the planned contract period is 210 days.
