Bicycle fleet management software

Summary

Fraunhofer is procuring a single fleet-management software solution to book and manage shared vehicles at its Stuttgart site under the IZSMO project. The work includes supplying, configuring and commissioning the software, integrating it with the existing electronic locker system, and providing documentation and administrator training. The system is intended for an initial fleet of 10 vehicles—e-bikes, electric cargo bikes, a Hopper and e-scooters—and up to 2,000 users; the operating term is 24 months, from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2028.
