Design of the Pécs Market Square

Summary

The Municipality of Pécs is procuring general design services for the functional renovation and development of the Pécs market square and the former bus turnaround to its south. The work includes permitting and construction design, support for the construction procurement process, and design supervision during construction; it covers the market area and existing buildings, public spaces and infrastructure. An optional component covers parking design at the Rátgéber Basketball Academy site, planned for approximately 480 spaces, including electric-vehicle charging facilities.
