Supply of bus maintenance and repair materials

Summary

The tender covers the supply of products needed to operate and repair Miskolc’s city buses, divided into two lots: eight types of lubricants and five types of tyres. The framework quantity is 60,750 litres and/or kilograms of lubricants and 468 tyres; the contracting authority undertakes to order 70% of the framework quantity for each lot. Deliveries are to run from 31 October 2026 to 31 March 2027, with an option for the authority to extend the contract once by three months. Net price accounts for 90% of the evaluation and delivery time for 10%; bidders must offer delivery within 3–5 working days, and an offer exceeding five working days will be rejected as non-compliant. Bidders must submit a correctly completed price table and documents supporting the product specifications, and meet the relevant previous-supply experience requirement for the lot concerned. The contract will take effect only if the Municipality of Miskolc provides the funding required for its performance.
