Summary

The National Blood Supply Service of Hungary is procuring 48 months of software support, operation and user support for the four eTraceLine modules in its integrated information system: transfusion, transplantation, immunogenetics and OEP/CT. The services also include on-demand work charged by person-day, such as installation and upgrades, database changes, troubleshooting, infrastructure support, data migration and software development; the contract includes 70 development person-days for optional use.
