Framework agreement for social service case-processing software

Summary

C-smart dv is procuring a framework agreement for software used to process case files for the OCMW social service, covering the provision, implementation and maintenance of the software. The procurement has three lots: core software for social case files and entitlement calculations; a digital workspace and collaboration layer that brings together data from different systems; and supplementary applications that interact with the core software and workspace through open interfaces. The planned duration for each lot is 96 months.
