Supply, maintenance and support of Citrix DaaS, virtual applications and desktops

Summary

Electricity Supply Board (ESB) is seeking a single service provider to supply, maintain and support Citrix DaaS, virtual applications and virtual desktops for approximately 11,000 users. The scope also includes maintenance and support for four Citrix NetScaler MPX 9200 devices and, as required, the supply of new Citrix products, licences, cloud services and infrastructure. Services also include customer support, problem escalation, training, professional services and annual health checks. The planned contract term is five years, and the estimated total contract value is EUR 7,370,000.
