Construction management and supervision services in Bucharest Sector 5

Summary

The Municipality of Bucharest’s Sector 5 is procuring construction management and supervision services for investments carried out in its area under a single-lot, 48-month framework agreement. The services cover construction management for works of both low and high complexity, as well as the supervision and coordination of works associated with public-sector investments. The framework agreement has a maximum value of RON 88,726,300 and will be concluded with up to three contractors.
