Rental and Property Management System Procurement

Summary

The Danish Building and Property Agency is procuring an integrated SaaS solution for rental, property, contract and rent-collection management. The contract covers system implementation and configuration, migration of existing data, user training, and ongoing hosting, operation, support and maintenance; consultancy and integration work may also be ordered, and assistance with data transition is required at contract end. The migration includes approximately 1,400 properties, 3,200 buildings, 6,300 rental units and 22,000 annual collection transactions. The contract is not divided into lots.
