Budapest is procuring design services for the conversion of the unused Building B of a former school at 39–43 Baross Street into housing. The 2,157 m² building is to undergo comprehensive architectural and energy refurbishment. The work includes a concept design, a complete construction design suitable for tendering with a cost estimate and unpriced bill of quantities, and preparation of townscape notification documents and management of the related procedure.
