Rental, maintenance and operation of coffee machines and supply of consumables

Summary

The City of Aalst is procuring a five-year framework agreement for coffee machines at municipal locations in Aalst, running from 2027 to 2031. Lot 1 covers rental, full-service operation and maintenance of coffee machines, together with consumables; lot 2 covers machines with a standard maintenance contract and separately supplied consumables such as coffee, tea, milk products, cocoa and sugar. The maximum framework values, including VAT, are EUR 3 million for lot 1 and EUR 2 million for lot 2.
