Removal and disposal of sludge from the Waterloo stormwater basin

Summary

The contract covers the loading, removal and transport of an estimated 2,500 tonnes of sludge produced at the stormwater basin of the Waterloo wastewater treatment plant, together with any necessary treatment and compliant disposal. The work also includes lawful handling of any treatment residues, costs related to sampling and analysis, administrative management of the disposal route, and documents enabling traceability of the sludge and any by-products. The planned work period is 15 days. Bids must be submitted electronically, and price is the sole award criterion.
