Supply of Consumables for a Dental Simulation System

Summary

This tender covers periodic deliveries over 24 months of consumables for the phantom simulation system used for practical dental training at the Medical University of Varna. Deliveries will be made against the buyer’s orders. The consumables must be compatible with the existing DSE Expert system by KaVo Dental GmbH, meet or exceed the technical specification’s minimum requirements, and arrive in intact original manufacturer packaging with their origin identified. The estimated and maximum contract value is EUR 128,000 excluding VAT. The buyer may order related consumables not listed in the technical specification up to a value of EUR 3,000; delivery of these items may take up to 60 calendar days. Evaluation assigns 90% to the total price and 10% to the mark-up percentage for goods not listed in the specification. Bids must be submitted in Bulgarian, and bidders must have at least one qualifying previous delivery. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee of 2% when signing the contract.
