Summary

Spitalul Clinic Colentina is procuring medicine supplies in 306 lots and will conclude framework agreements for 24 months from signature. The medicine selection and the estimated minimum and maximum quantities for the lots are set out in an annex to the tender documents; the range includes blood products, oncology medicines, medicines for immune and nervous system conditions, and various other medicines. The estimated contract value is RON 653,587,123.76, and the submission deadline is 28 October 2026. Bidders must have appropriate registration and a valid wholesale medicine distribution authorization covering storage, distribution and sale of the products offered. The tender must include the European Single Procurement Document and the required documents; supporting evidence will initially be requested from the three highest-ranked bidders. The medicine supply itself may not be subcontracted. The bid must be signed with an extended electronic signature and submitted through the Romanian electronic procurement system; electronic invoicing is also required.
