Construction of a care home: architecture, building services, electrical works and kitchen

Summary

The contract covers construction of a care home at Rue de Beauwelz 13, Momignies, divided into four lots: architectural and building works; heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and sanitary installations; electrical works; and kitchen installation. The contractor will generally have to use new materials and carry out the works to the required professional standards. The total duration is 670 calendar days: 580 days of firm works and 90 days of conditional works carried out simultaneously. The contracting authority may decide not to order the conditional phases for Lots 1–3, with no compensation payable in that case. The bid deadline is 5 November 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion. A site visit is mandatory, and the attendance certificate must be included with the bid.
