FRANET data collection and research services on fundamental rights issues

Summary

The procurement covers data collection, research and analysis services on fundamental rights issues under FRANET in all EU Member States and in Albania, North Macedonia and Serbia. It is divided into 30 country-specific lots, and tenders may be submitted for up to all 30 lots. A framework agreement will be concluded with up to three contractors for each lot. The planned duration is 48 months; the initial framework agreement period is 24 months and may be renewed twice. Quality accounts for 70% of the evaluation and price for 30%.
