Extension of the House of Cultures and Social Cohesion and landscaping of inner courtyards

Summary

The contract covers an extension to the House of Cultures and Social Cohesion at 93–97 Piers Street in Sint-Jans-Molenbeek, together with the landscaping and improvement of the building’s courtyards. The works include demolishing three street-front houses and their outbuildings, as well as partially demolishing former mechanical workshops; constructing a new street-front building with a passageway, building an intermediate connecting structure, and renovating part of the existing workshops. A landscaped courtyard with access for emergency vehicles will be created on the site of the demolished workshops, and part of the existing courtyard will also be redesigned and landscaped. This is an open procedure, and price is the only award criterion. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 26 October 2026 at 11:00 and remain valid for 180 days.
