Provision of SAP S/4HANA licences

Summary

The procurement covers the provision of SAP S/4HANA licences, subscription services and maintenance for a planned SAP system implementation. The bid must include both solutions: a hybrid solution combining on-premises licences and cloud services, and a cloud solution based on SAP Cloud ERP Private Edition. Under both solutions, SAP BW/BW4HANA must operate on premises. The planned contract term is seven years, through 31 December 2033. Bids must be submitted electronically by 9:00 a.m. on 5 November 2026. Price is the sole award criterion, based on the lowest bid price in Czech koruna excluding VAT.
