Medical equipment for the regional cervical cancer prevention centre in the South-East region

Summary

The procurement covers the supply, transport, installation, configuration, commissioning and testing of medical equipment, as well as staff training, warranty and technical support. The equipment will support a regional cervical cancer prevention centre in south-eastern Romania. The contract is divided into four lots: (1) systems for video-assisted laparoscopic and open surgery: one 3D/4D laparoscopic tower and one video-assisted open-surgery system; (2) equipment for colposcopy and treatment of precancerous lesions: 2 video colposcopes, 3 radiofrequency cautery units, 1 electrocautery unit and 1 cryotherapy pen; (3) equipment and instruments for gynaecological consultations and procedures: 3 gynaecological examination tables, 3 examination lamps, one set of 26 biopsy forceps and 11 curettage kits; and (4) 4 binocular optical microscopes. A bidder may tender for and be awarded up to all four lots. The estimated total value is RON 1,931,564.93. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 15 October 2026 at 15:00. Evaluation takes account of price and, for each lot, technical features, energy efficiency and sustainability, warranty and service. For the examination table in Lot 3, the minimum required safe working load is 200 kg; the value must be demonstrated by the manufacturer's technical documentation.
