SAP licence maintenance and renewal and SAP support

Summary

The procurement is divided into two lots: maintenance and renewal of SAP licences, including the supply of new licences, and SAP system support and development. The estimated value of Lot 1 is EUR 125,480 excluding VAT; the buyer may extend licence maintenance and renewal by up to two years for an additional amount of up to EUR 125,480. Lot 2 covers 700 person-days of work, estimated at EUR 336,000; the buyer may also order up to 250 additional person-days of support for up to two years, valued at EUR 120,000. Lot 2 includes SAP/R3 configuration and development of new functionality, as well as support for users and information-system modules, including recording faults and ensuring technical staff are available to resolve them. The total value of both lots, including options, is EUR 706,960 excluding VAT. Bidders may submit offers for both lots, and up to two lots may be awarded to a bidder. Price is the only award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically by 5 November 2026 at 13:00 and remain valid for 12 months. The buyer requires electronic invoicing.
