Supply of medical and laboratory equipment

Summary

The procurement covers medical and laboratory equipment for Victor Babeș University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Timișoara, divided into seven lots: intensive-care training equipment, a suction device, a three-channel Holter ECG system, a refrigerated centrifuge, an adult microconvex probe, two medical training mannequins, and a portable electrocardiograph and spirometer. Delivery is due within 15 days. The minimum warranty is two years, with free technical support during the warranty period. The supplier must install and commission the equipment and train users as required by the tender documents. The estimated total value is RON 541,667. Tenderers must demonstrate legal registration, proper completion of at least one similar medical and/or laboratory equipment supply contract in the last three years, and valid ISO 9001:2008 or equivalent quality-management evidence. The European Single Procurement Document is submitted initially; supporting documents are generally requested from the highest-ranked tenderer. The supply activity itself may not be subcontracted. Price is evaluated in every lot; in lots 2, 3 and 7, energy consumption (30 points) and additional warranty (30 points) are also assessed, while price accounts for 40 points.
