Maintenance and repair of Multihog snow-clearing machines

Summary

The contract is for two years of servicing and repair of 11 Multihog MH-90, MX-120 and MX-130 multifunctional snow-clearing machines. The work includes periodic technical inspections and repairs of faults, including the necessary spare parts and consumables. The estimated total value is EUR 485,740 excluding VAT: EUR 43,200 for inspections, EUR 22,000 for labour, EUR 382,540 for spare parts and consumables, and EUR 38,000 reserved for unforeseen repair items. Bidders must demonstrate at least EUR 65,000 excluding VAT in similar machinery servicing during the preceding three years and provide relevant registration and quality-assurance evidence. A tender guarantee of RON 4,800 is required; the successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract value excluding VAT.
