Construction of the follow-up care pavilion at AGEL Valašské Meziříčí Hospital

Summary

The contract covers construction of a single-storey follow-up care pavilion on the grounds of AGEL Valašské Meziříčí Hospital. The pavilion will contain 15 double rooms. The works also include expanding the car park; building retaining walls and carrying out groundworks; creating paved areas; installing or modifying stormwater and wastewater drainage and water pipelines; landscaping; fencing; lighting; and demolishing an existing pumping station. The new pavilion must be connected to Pavilion D. Construction must not disrupt the hospital’s normal operations or patient care. The planned duration is 720 days, and the estimated contract value is CZK 300,168,363. A tender guarantee of CZK 1,000,000 is required. Tenders must be submitted electronically and remain valid for five months. Price is the only award criterion. The submission deadline is 29 October 2026 at 12:00.
