S1 Vienna Outer Ring Expressway works between Groß-Enzersdorf and Süßenbrunn

Summary

The contract covers the main works for the first construction section of the S1 Vienna Outer Ring Expressway between Groß-Enzersdorf and Süßenbrunn, from kilometres 25.425 to 35.550. The works include construction of the road route and temporary roads, drainage and noise protection, eight pumping and lifting stations with switchgear buildings and an outlet channel to the Russbach, eight pump distribution buildings, bridges, two sunken road structures, and electrical and mechanical works with associated facilities. Optional works may include a roundabout at the L3019/L11a junction and an overpass carrying the Seestadt link road over the S1. The planned contract period is 1 July 2027 to 1 July 2033. Bids must be submitted electronically by 30 October 2026 at 10:00 and remain valid for five months. No tender guarantee is required. Quality will be assessed as described in the tender documents.
