Services for restoring technical documentation for pressure vessels

Summary

The procurement is for services to restore technical documentation for pressure vessels. The documentation is needed to carry out technical inspections and support the extension of the vessels’ remaining service life; the service concerns documents that have been damaged or lost. A 48-month framework agreement will be concluded, with an estimated total value of RON 3,214,700 and an estimated value of RON 803,671.46 for the largest contract awarded under it. One contract is expected to be awarded each year. Price is the only award criterion. The bidder must demonstrate the required registration, average global turnover of at least RON 803,671.46 for 2023–2025, and at least RON 401,835.73 in similar technical-documentation design services performed during the last three years. The offer must be submitted electronically in Romanian and remain valid for four months. Performance security is 10% of the contract value excluding VAT.
