Dynamic Purchasing System for Control and Monitoring Works

Summary

Akademiska Hus is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for works involving control and monitoring systems throughout Sweden. It will be used for procurements with an estimated value above SEK 1 million or for work not covered by existing framework agreements. The estimated total value is SEK 50 million, and applications may be submitted until 31 August 2030. Applications must be submitted electronically, and companies must meet the qualification requirements to participate; the detailed requirements must be checked in the tender documents. The initial application period runs until 30 November 2026. Procurements through the system may be announced from 1 December 2026, once applications received by that date have been assessed. The contracting authority normally assesses applications within 10 working days, may extend this to 15 working days where necessary, and may extend it further to a maximum of 25 working days before a specific procurement is initiated. Electronic invoicing is required during contract performance.
