Cadastral services for metro stations and Metrorex land

Summary

This procurement covers cadastral surveying and related services in two lots for Bucharest metro stations and Metrorex land. Lot 1 concerns updating documentation with survey plans for underground stations, tunnels and connecting galleries on metro lines 1, 3 and 4, and first registration of cadastral units containing multiple structures at Grivița and 1 Mai stations. Lot 2 covers updating, rectifying and first registering land and building records for the Ciurel and Berceni depots and Berceni station, as well as regularising records for Metrorex-concession land overlapping with Bucharest municipality land. Each lot has an estimated value of RON 550,000, making the total estimated procurement value RON 1,100,000; the planned duration is 270 days. Price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically by 5 November 2026 at 15:00 and remain valid for six months. The bidder and, where applicable, its partners and subcontractors must provide the required qualification information and evidence.
