I/45 Road Realignment, Stage I, between Nové Heřminovy and Zátor

Summary

The contract covers Stage I of the construction of the I/45 road realignment between Nové Heřminovy and Zátor, moving the road outside the planned reservoir’s flood zone. The works include approximately 5 km of S 11.5/90-category road, several roundabouts and one at-grade intersection, bridges, retaining walls and noise barriers, as well as modifications to affected lower-class roads. The expected works period is 47 months and the estimated contract value is CZK 2,433,000,000. The tender price accounts for 90% of the evaluation score and the warranty period for 10%; a longer warranty receives a better score. The bid submission deadline is 9 November 2026 at 08:00. A tender guarantee of CZK 15,000,000 is required, and bids must be submitted electronically.
