Purchase of surgical medical devices – 5 lots

Summary

The tender covers the purchase of surgical medical devices in five lots: circular staplers; linear staplers and reloads; laparoscopic staplers and reloads; surgical meshes and mesh fixation devices; and titanium ligation clips. The hospital will conclude a 36-month framework agreement for each lot with up to three suppliers. Minimum and maximum quantities for the lots are set out in an annex to the tender documents. Offers will be evaluated by the total price for each lot, with price as the sole award criterion. The overall maximum value is RON 6,166,963.80. Offers must be submitted electronically by 5 November 2026 at 15:00 and remain valid for six months. No tender guarantee is required; electronic invoicing is required during contract performance.
