IT Operations Services (2026)

Summary

The procurement establishes a dynamic purchasing system for 25 years through which SKI customers can procure IT operations and related services. The single category covers cloud and data-centre operations, co-location, network and application operations, end-user services, and security services. The estimated total value is DKK 12,934,000,000 and the maximum value is DKK 25,868,000,000. To compete for specific purchases under the system, suppliers must apply for admission and demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity. Applications may be submitted throughout the system’s term. Applications received by the deadline of 21 December 2051 will be processed no later than when the system opens; later applications will generally be processed within 10 working days. Bids for individual purchases will be evaluated on the basis of the best price-quality ratio. The tender documents also contain minimum CSR requirements and rules concerning trade with Russia.
