Supply of IT equipment in eight lots
Summary
The procurement is divided into eight lots for the National Institute of Public Health: 12 desktop or all-in-one computers, 10 laptops, 4 multifunction devices, 10 uninterruptible power supplies, 12 external SSD drives, 4 workstations for running virtual-reality scenarios, 120 virtual-reality system packages and 4 3D printers for anatomical models. The estimated total value is RON 612,952, and the delivery period is 120 days. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 21 October 2026 at 15:00. Tenderers should be prepared to demonstrate registration, comparable supply experience and the absence of exclusion grounds. Tenders are evaluated by lot: price is the only award criterion for Lots 4, 5, 7 and 8. For Lots 1, 2, 3 and 6, price is assessed alongside warranty and specified technical performance. The warranty for these lots must be at least 24 months; 36 months earns 10 points and 48 months or more earns 20 points. A warranty shorter than 24 months makes the tender non-compliant. The stated minimum technical specifications are 16 GB DDR5 RAM and a 512 GB SSD for desktop computers; 8 GB dual-channel DDR5 RAM and a 500 GB SSD for laptops; and 32 GB DDR5 RAM and a 1 TB SSD for VR workstations. The multifunction device must print at least 25 A4 pages per minute. For energy-consumption scoring, the tenderer must provide the required test reports based on ENERGY STAR test methods and detailed measurements and calculations. The full technical requirements should be checked in the tender documents. No tender guarantee is required.
