Warehouse management system for Esbjerg Hospital’s new warehouse and logistics centre

Summary

The contract covers the supply, implementation, configuration and adaptation of a warehouse management system (WMS) for Esbjerg Hospital’s new warehouse and logistics centre. The work includes establishing system integrations, training superusers and users, trials and testing, commissioning, and ongoing operation, support and maintenance. The supplier will manage the project and coordinate with the warehouse construction contractor and, in particular, the supplier of the automated storage and conveyor systems. The solution must support up to two sites, three superusers and 12 users. The Esbjerg Hospital site is part of the initial delivery; the Grindsted Hospital site must be added during the contract at no extra cost. The estimated contract value is DKK 6.5 million and the contract is of unlimited duration. The procedure is a negotiated procedure, and three shortlisted applicants will be invited to submit tenders. Evaluation weights are 25% for price, 50% for functionality, 15% for implementation services and 10% for operational, maintenance and support services. Applicants must submit a completed ESPD for prequalification and meet the financial and reference requirements. Separate ESPDs are required, where applicable, for consortium members and entities whose capacity is relied upon. Further technical and contractual details are set out in the procurement documents.
