Supply of Medical Furniture

Summary

The procurement seeks a 48-month framework agreement, divided into 25 lots, for the supply of medical furniture and related hospital equipment in Timisoara. Items include, among others, hospital beds and bedside cabinets, examination and consultation furniture, medicine cabinets, screens, stools, and storage solutions for histology slides and paraffin blocks. Quantities and detailed specifications for each lot are set out in an annex to the tender documents; the supplier will be informed of the specific delivery location for each order. The maximum framework value is RON 8,191,912, and up to three operators may be appointed under the framework agreement for each lot. Bidders must complete the procurement passport and submit separate technical and financial proposals electronically, signed using an extended electronic signature based on a qualified certificate. No tender guarantee is required. Award criteria vary by lot: for lots 6–8 and 16–17, price is the sole award criterion; for the remaining lots, the evaluation considers price (40 points), recycled or biodegradable primary packaging (20), a furniture environmental label (20), and warranty period (20). For those lots, the minimum warranty is 24 months; a longer warranty may earn additional points up to 60 months. Where applicable, the supplier must install the furniture and collect and dispose of waste from transport and installation. The submission deadline is 5 November 2026 at 15:00.
