Tender detail
Replacement of impulse fans and control system at Reep car park
Summary
The tender covers the renewal of the ventilation and smoke extraction system at Reep car park in Ghent. The work includes removing the existing impulse fans and installing new ones at six locations on each parking level; replacing the damper-grille servomotors with adjustable models; and adapting and programming the overall system controls while retaining the existing programmable controller. The contractor must also update the controller’s web-based page, install the required cabling, restore connections to the fire alarm, CO and LPG systems, and build three airflow-obstructing partitions on each parking level. The planned works period is 60 days. During the one-year warranty period, the contractor must maintain the newly installed parts and maintain or, where necessary, repair the system components that were not replaced. Bids must be submitted electronically; electronic signing and e-invoicing are required. Check the tender documents for the precise exclusion grounds, qualification criteria and compliance requirements.
