Maintenance of tracks and trackside areas in Region 7

Summary

Infrabel is procuring maintenance works on the tracks and trackside areas in Region 7 under a framework agreement. The procurement is divided into four lots: Charleroi, La Louvière, Luttre and signalling. The agreement runs for an initial 2 years, with two possible one-year extensions. The maximum value is EUR 1,867,503.21 for each of Lots 1–3 and EUR 1,018,344.73 for Lot 4. Tenderers must hold category H, class 3 or higher approval, and provide a guarantee equal to 5% of the estimated amount for a six-month period of the framework agreement. An accompanied site visit is mandatory, and tenders must be submitted electronically by 19 October 2026 at 14:00. Tenders must remain valid for 150 days. Tenderers also confirm that they have read and will comply with Infrabel’s supplier and contractor code of conduct.
