Complete renovation and energy-efficiency improvement of the House of Arts in Piešťany

Summary

The contract covers the complete renovation of the House of Arts in Piešťany, a nationally protected cultural monument, and improvements to its energy efficiency while preserving its heritage value. The works include renewing the building envelope, roof and external doors and windows, and reconstructing the heating, water and sanitation, ventilation, cooling, electrical and lighting systems. The project also includes heat-recovery ventilation for the dining area, fire detection and voice alarm systems, smoke and heat extraction, a heat pump, stage lighting, fire protection, rooftop landscaping, and three lifts: a 100 kg goods lift and passenger lifts with capacities of 450 kg and 630 kg, the latter accessible for people with disabilities. The estimated duration is 24 months and the estimated value is EUR 7,286,831.99.
