Design, construction and operation of an ice arena in Bruntál

Summary

The concession covers the design, construction and operation of an ice arena in Bruntál. The works also include building outdoor volleyball courts, parking areas and the access roads serving them, but only the ice arena will be operated under the concession. The parking areas and access roads will remain open to the public, while the contracting authority will manage the volleyball courts itself. Use of the existing building permit and design is optional; if used, the contractor must arrange any necessary permit changes at its own cost and responsibility. The estimated contract value is CZK 396,880,000. Tenders will be evaluated on the construction price (80%), hourly ice-rental price (15%), lease payment (2%) and completion time (3%).
