Gift card service

Summary

This procurement is a services concession for providing, operating and managing a physical and digital gift card service. The gift cards must have a predetermined monetary value and be usable as payment at specified shops, retail chains, restaurants and similar outlets, including online shops. The categories to be covered by the service are set out in the technical specification in the tender documents. The estimated total contract value is SEK 7,200,000. The submission deadline is 5 November 2026, and bids must remain valid for six months.
