Preventive maintenance services for data centres and related systems

Summary

This procurement is for a 48-month framework agreement covering preventive maintenance and related services for the data centre’s main infrastructure, its disaster-recovery/business-continuity component, and two locations of the SIIEASC data centre. The eight lots cover electrical systems and equipment; building HVAC and hydraulic systems; cooling cabinets and ventilation; CCTV, intrusion detection, access control, flood detection and fire alarm systems; SIIEASC equipment; the DR/BC component; a passenger lift; and technical and associated rooms. The maximum combined value of the lots is RON 6,338,500 excluding VAT. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 9 November 2026 at 15:00. Price is the only award criterion for lots 1, 2 and 4–8. For lot 3, price accounts for 70% and the proposed filling volume of two 500-litre glycol tanks accounts for 30%; the tender must state the exact volume offered. Tenderers must demonstrate valid registration and professional capacity for the relevant activities, submit the required declarations and not fall within an exclusion ground.
