Tender detail
Maintenance and spare-parts supply for contamination-monitoring equipment
Summary
The procurement is divided into four lots and covers preventive and corrective maintenance and the supply of critical spare parts for fixed contamination-monitoring equipment at the Cernavoda Nuclear Power Plant. Services are to be delivered over 48 months within a 49-month contract. The equipment is manufactured by MIRION (RADOS), NuviaTECH INSTRUMENTS and Thermo Fisher Scientific. The work includes scheduled maintenance, fault repairs and the use of spare parts for the equipment in each lot. Lot 1 also includes manufacturer repairs of RGZ 270 Y, RGZ 270 YG and RGZ 1100 ZY detectors, an RFID software platform for RTM 110 and RTM 860 monitors, and training for at least 10 staff members over at least four working days. The critical-spares stock must be established within three months of contract signature, or within 12 months for obsolete parts. Labour and spare-parts quantities are estimates; payment is based on completed preventive work, labour hours and the offered spare-parts prices. Bidders may submit offers for up to all four lots. The total estimated value is EUR 2,633,715. Price accounts for 90% of the evaluation score and the warranty period for corrective maintenance and replaced parts for 10%. Offers with a warranty below 12 months will be rejected; a warranty of at least 36 months earns the maximum score for that factor. Bids must be submitted electronically by 15:00 on 26 October 2026. A separate bid guarantee is required for each lot, and the successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract value excluding VAT. Bidders must meet the turnover and similar-experience thresholds and provide the required registration and bid documents.
