Summary

The contract covers the purchase, implementation and maintenance of an applicant tracking system (ATS) for the City of Bruges, the Bruges Public Centre for Social Welfare and its associations. The cloud-based system must support the entire recruitment and selection process in one environment and allow integration with other internal and external platforms where needed. It must enable efficient, automated workflows and a transparent, objective selection process that complies with legal requirements, while providing a good experience for both staff and applicants. The planned contract duration is 10 years.
