IT Development and Application Integration Consultancy Services

Summary

The tender covers IT development and application integration consultancy services for Forem’s IT projects. Experts are required in four lots: standard development covers .NET and Java developers and application architects, as well as JavaScript front-end development, SharePoint and Power Platform, user experience design, and development coordination; the second lot requires a Natstar developer; the third covers integration middleware and application integration, SolR, and development security; and the fourth requires Python and PHP developers. Services are generally charged at a daily rate; where the need is clearly defined, the authority may request a fixed-price offer for a specified volume of work. Each lot has a planned duration of 48 months. This is a framework agreement with up to five contractors, and a tender may be submitted for and awarded up to four lots. The estimated total contract value is EUR 28,588,570 excluding VAT, and the maximum total value of services that may be ordered is twice that amount, or EUR 57,177,140.
